1. 眷顾贫穷人的有福了；他遭难的日子，耶和华必搭救他。 Blessed is he who considers the poor; In the day of evil Jehovah will deliver him.
2. 愿耶和华保守他，使他存活；愿他在地上蒙福；求你不要把他交给仇敌，遂其所愿。 May Jehovah keep him and preserve him alive; May he be blessed in the land; And do not give him over to the hdesire of his enemies.
3. 他患病在榻，耶和华必扶持他；他在病中，你为他铺床。 Jehovah will sustain him on his sickbed; You make all his bed in his illness.
4. 我曾说，耶和华阿，求你恩待我；求你医治我的魂，因为我得罪了你。 I said, O Jehovah, be gracious to me; Heal my soul, for I have sinned against You.
5. 我的仇敌用恶言议论我，说，他几时死，他的名才灭没呢？ My enemies speak evil against me: When will he die and his name perish?
6. 他若来看我，就说假话。他心里积存罪孽，走到外边才说出来。 And if he comes to see me, he speaks falsehood. His heart gathers iniquity to itself; When he goes out, he speaks it.
7. 一切恨我的，都交头接耳的议论我；他们设计要害我。 All who hate me whisper together against me; Against me they devise my misfortune.
8. 他们说，有恶病贴在他身上；他躺下，必不能再起来。 Some evil illness, they say, has been poured out on him; And when he lies down, he will not rise again.
9. 连我知己的朋友，我所倚靠，吃过我饭的，也用脚踢我。 Even my familiar friend, in whom I trusted, Who ate my bread, has lifted his heel against me.
10. 耶和华阿，求你恩待我，使我起来，我好报复他们。 But You, O Jehovah, be gracious to me and raise me up That I may recompense them.
11. 因我的仇敌不得向我夸胜欢呼，由此我便知道你喜爱我。 By this I know that You delight in me, That my enemy has not shouted in triumph over me.
12. 至于我，因我的纯全，你扶持了我，使我永远站在你的面前。 And as for me, You uphold me in my integrity, And You set me in Your presence forever.
13. 耶和华以色列的神，是当受颂赞的，从永远直到永远。阿们，阿们。 Blessed be Jehovah the God of Israel, From eternity to eternity. Amen and Amen.
