1. 耶和华的话又临到我，说， Moreover the word of Jehovah came to me, saying,
2. 人子阿，你要面向西珥山，说预言攻击它， Son of man, set your face against Mount Seir, and prophesy against it,
3. 对它说，主耶和华如此说，西珥山哪，我与你为敌，必伸手攻击你，使你荒凉旷废。 And say to it, Thus says the Lord Jehovah, Indeed I am against you, O Mount Seir, And I will stretch out My hand against you And make you a desolation and a waste.
4. 我必使你的城邑变为荒场，你必成为荒凉；你就知道我是耶和华。 I will lay your cities waste, And you will be desolate; And you will know that I am Jehovah.
5. 因为你永怀仇恨，在以色列人遭灾、罪孽到了尽头的时候，将他们交与刀剑的权势； Because you have had a perpetual enmity and handed the children of Israel over to the power of the sword at the time of their calamity, in the time of the punishment of the end;
6. 所以主耶和华说，我指着我的生存起誓，我必使你遭遇流血的报应，这血必追赶你；你既不恨恶杀人流血，所以这血必追赶你。 Therefore, as I live, declares the Lord Jehovah, I will prepare you for blood, and blood will pursue you; since you have not hated bloodshed, therefore bloodshed will pursue you.
7. 我必使西珥山荒凉旷废，我必从那里剪除来往经过的人。 Thus I will make Mount Seir a waste and a desolation, and I will cut off from it him who passes through and him who returns.
8. 我必使西珥的众山满了被杀的人。被刀杀的，必倒在你小山和山谷、并一切深谷中。 And I will fill its mountains with its slain. The slain will fall by the sword in your hills and in your valleys and in all your ravines.
9. 我必使你永远荒凉，你的城邑必无人居住，你们就知道我是耶和华。 I will make you a perpetual desolation, and your cities will not be inhabited, and you will know that I am Jehovah.
10. 因为你曾说，这二国这二邦必归于我，我必得为业，(其实耶和华仍在那里，) Because you have said, These two nations and these two countries will belong to me, and we will possess them-even though Jehovah was there -
11. 所以主耶和华说，我指着我的生存起誓，我必照着你因仇恨他们而发出的怒气和妒忌对待你；我审判你的时候，必在他们中间使人认识我。 Therefore, as I live, declares the Lord Jehovah, I will deal with you according to your anger and according to your jealousy, which you displayed in your hatred of them, and I will make Myself known among them when I judge you.
12. 你也必知道我耶和华听见了你的一切毁谤，就是你攻击以色列众山的话，说，这些山荒凉，是归我们吞灭的。 And you will know that I, Jehovah, have heard all your reviling which you have spoken against the mountains of Israel, saying, They are desolate; they have been given to us to devour.
13. 你们也用口向我夸大，增添与我反对的话，我都听见了。 And you have magnified yourselves against Me with your mouth and multiplied your words against Me; I have heard.
14. 主耶和华如此说，全地喜乐的时候，我必使你荒凉。 Thus says the Lord Jehovah, When the whole earth rejoices, I will make you desolate.
15. 你怎样因以色列家的地业荒凉而喜乐，我必照样对待你。西珥山哪，你和以东全地必都荒凉。他们就知道我是耶和华。 As you rejoiced over the inheritance of the house of Israel because it was desolate, so I will do to you. You will be desolate, O Mount Seir and all Edom, the whole land. Then they will know that I am Jehovah.
