1. 义人哪，你们应当因耶和华欢呼；正直人的赞美是合宜的。 Rejoice in Jehovah, O righteous ones. Praise is becoming to the upright.
2. 你们应当弹琴称谢耶和华，用十弦瑟歌颂祂。 Give thanks to Jehovah with the lyre; With the harp of ten strings sing psalms to Him.
3. 应当向祂唱新歌；弹得巧妙，加上欢呼。 Sing Him a new song; Play skillfully with a joyous shout.
4. 因为耶和华的言语正直；凡祂所作的，尽都信实。 For the word of Jehovah is right, And all His work is done in faithfulness.
5. 祂喜爱公义和公平；遍地满了耶和华的慈爱。 He loves righteousness and justice; The earth is full of the lovingkindness of Jehovah.
6. 诸天藉耶和华的话而造，万象藉祂口中的气而成。 By the word of Jehovah the heavens were made, And all their host, by the breath of His mouth.
7. 祂聚集海水如垒，把深洋安放在库房。 He gathers the water of the sea like a heap; He puts the deep waters into storage places.
8. 愿全地都敬畏耶和华；愿世上的居民都畏惧祂。 Let all the earth fear Jehovah; Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him.
9. 因为祂说有，就有；命立，就立。 For He spoke, and it was; He commanded, and it stood.
10. 耶和华使列国的筹算归于无有，使众民所打算的无有功效。 Jehovah brings the counsel of the nations to nothing; He frustrates the intentions of the peoples.
11. 耶和华的筹算永远立定，祂心中所打算的万代常存。 The counsel of Jehovah stands forever; The intentions of His heart stand from generation to generation.
12. 以耶和华为神的，那国是有福的；祂所拣选为自己产业的，那民是有福的。 Blessed is the nation whose God is Jehovah, The people whom He has chosen as His own possession.
13. 耶和华从天上观看；祂看见一切的世人。 Jehovah looks from heaven; He sees all the sons of men.
14. 祂从祂的居所，察看地上一切的居民； From the site of His habitation He gazes At all the inhabitants of the earth,
15. 祂是那塑造他们众人心的，洞悉他们一切作为的。 He who fashions the hearts of them all, He who discerns all their works.
16. 君王不能因兵多得胜；勇士不能因力大得救。 No king is saved by a great army; A mighty man is not delivered by great strength.
17. 靠马得救是枉然的；马也不能因力大救人。 A horse is a vain thing for salvation, And it cannot deliver by its great power.
18. 看哪，耶和华的眼目，看顾敬畏祂的人，和仰望祂慈爱的人， Behold, the eye of Jehovah is upon those who fear Him, Upon those who hope in His lovingkindness,
19. 要救他们的性命脱离死亡，并使他们在饥荒中存活。 To deliver their soul from death And to preserve them alive in famine.
20. 我们的魂向来等候耶和华；祂是我们的帮助，我们的盾牌。 Our soul waits on Jehovah; He is our help and our shield;
21. 我们的心必因祂喜乐，因为我们向来信靠祂的圣名。 For in Him our heart rejoices, Because in His holy name we trust.
22. 耶和华阿，求你照着我们所仰望你的，向我们施慈爱。 May Your lovingkindness, O Jehovah, be upon us, Even as we have hoped in You.
