1. 耶和华阿，我曾呼求你；求你快快临到我这里。我呼求你的时候，愿你侧耳听我的声音。 O Jehovah, I have called upon You; hasten to me. Give ear to my voice when I call out to You.
2. 愿我的祷告如香陈列在你面前，愿我举手祈求，如献晚祭。 Let my prayer be set before You as incense, The lifting up of my hands as the evening offering.
3. 耶和华阿，求你在我的口边设立守卫；求你把守我嘴唇的门户。 Set a watch, O Jehovah, before my mouth; Keep the door of my lips.
4. 求你不叫我的心偏向恶事，以致我和行罪孽的人一同行恶；也不叫我吃他们的美食。 Do not let my heart turn to anything evil, To practice deeds of wickedness With men who commit iniquity; And let me not eat of their delicacies.
5. 愿义人凭慈爱击打我，责备我；这算为我头上的膏油，愿我的头不躲闪，因我仍要祷告，抵制人的恶行。 Let the righteous strike me in kindness and reprove me; Let not my head refuse oil upon the head, For still my prayer is against their evil deeds.
6. 他们的审判官被扔在岩下；他们要听我的话，因为这话令人愉悦。 Their judges are thrown down by the sides of the rock, And they hear my words, that they are pleasant.
7. 我们的骨头散在阴间门口，好像人耕田刨地掘起的土块。 As when one plows and breaks up the earth, Our bones are scattered at the mouth of Sheol.
8. 主耶和华阿，我的眼目仰望你；我投奔于你，求你不要将我的性命倾倒出来。 For my eyes are upon You, O Jehovah Lord; In You I take refuge; do not pour out my soul.
9. 求你保护我脱离他们为我设的网罗，和作孽之人的圈套。 Keep me from the trap they have set for me And from the snares of the workers of iniquity.
10. 愿恶人落在自己的网里，我却得以安然经过。 May the wicked fall into their own nets While I alone pass by.
